Nelly Furtado to donate $1m Gaddafi concert fee to charity...are others turning a blind eye??

Singer plans to give away money she received for performing for the family of Libyan leader in 2007....will Beyonce, Usher and Mariah Carey do the same? They have recently (in the last year at most)  taken blood money from this sick deranged imbecile Gaddafi......

Four years after she performed at a private concert for Libya's Gaddafi family, singer Nelly Furtado has announced that she will donate the $1m (£615,500) fee to charity. Furtado's decision has intensified the spotlight on other pop stars, including Mariah Carey, Beyoncé and Usher, who performed at parties for the sons of Muammar Gaddafi.

"In 2007, I received 1million$ from the Qaddafi clan to perform a 45 min. Show for guests at a hotel in Italy," Furtado wrote on Twitter on Sunday night. "I am going to donate the $." Furtado's announcement is no small thing – money aside, it is tied up in both international and show business politics. For unknown reasons, Furtado's tweet was deleted on Monday morning but reinstated in the afternoon. According to Furtado's label, the Maneater singer will soon reveal which charity will be the beneficiary of the Gaddafi concert fee.

However, other stars who performed for the Gaddafi family in recent years have refused to comment on whether they will donate their fees or not. "People put a big paycheck on the table, and people don't consider where the money is coming from, or what they're at least passively endorsing," suggested David T Viecelli, a booking agent for Arcade Fire and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. "If it's true that Muammar Gaddafi's son says, 'I've got $50m, come and play for my buddies', I really think you have to say no to that. Given what we know about Gaddafi and what his rule has been about, you have to willfully turn a blind eye in order to accept that money."

Gaddafi’s sons apparently loved to spend lavishly. At the 05 Venice film festival party, they threw the biggest party in the city and even got 50 Cent to perform…………….50, I dunno if you want that blood money on ur hands bruh! If I were you, I’d give back the $$ they gave n contribute to an aid fund to assist the Libyan civillians……..I’mjustsayin…..Same to Beyonce and Usher……anyways, the intro and outro of the video clip are kinda scary……..that music, and the Arab writing……for some reason it just gave me serious goosebumps.....

Wikileak also reports that hiphop + RnB artists Beyonce and Usher also got some of that libyan money for a 2010 New yr’s bash in St Barts. Word on the street is that Beyonce was paid about 2 million US Dollars to perform. Not sure how much Usher was paid. Jamie Foxx recently found himself at the center of a three-way fight, after the actor/singer reportedly dissed his longtime friend and former music manager.

It happened Thursday night at Hollywood’s Avalon nightclub where Usher was hosting a pre Grammy party. That’s where sources say Foxx’s "manager" of ten-years (we'll call him "B") spotted Foxx being accompanied by [another gentleman, we'll call him "A"] as the two walked into the Tinseltown nightclub. That’s when B reportedly approached the pair and tried to enter the club with them, that’s when Jamie reportedly told security that B was not a part of his entourage – OUCH!!!

Insiders say a short time later, B confronted Foxx and A as the two men sat at a table inside the club (WHAAAAAAT???). The confrontation eventually lead to B screaming at Jamie, demanding the actor/singer to tell him what he was doing hanging out with A.

Witnesses say that’s when A tried to interject, provoking B to attack him and punch him in in his dome. Jamie reportedly tried to break the fight up and received a right hook to the head for doing so.

All parties involved were reportedly escorted out of the club, but B was spotted partying inside the club about 30-minutes after the altercation. Jamie and A did not return.

Jamie Foxx gets a beat down!!!

MediaTakeOut.com just got breaking news. Last night during Usher's Grammy Weekend party, actor/singer Jamie Foxx got into a PHYSICAL FIGHT with three gentlemen.

Here's what we know. According to a ROCK-SOLID-CELEBRITY MediaTakeOut.com snitch, Jamie "got jumped" by three individuals. The insider explained, "It was a Grammy Party, but it was very ghetto . . . people were pushing and shoving. At one point some girl started screaming. It was very hood."

And during the melee, a CELEBRITY (whom we'll eave anonymous until we can confirm) got into a shoving match with Jamie Foxx. The insider explained, "Jamie and [the celeb] have had problems before and last night, they started fighting."

The insider claims that Jamie was getting it in with dude when two of his boys ran up on Jamie and started beating on him. MediaTakeOut.com's snitch explained, "They didn't beat [Jamie] too bad, but he definitely got a bunch of fists to the head."

The fight lasted only about a minute, before security broke it up. No one was arrested . . . or even thrown out of the event. How hood!!!
