You know how Chilli acts like her man has to be PERFECT . . . well it's all an ACT. According to an EXTREMELY RELIABLE MediaTakeOut.com snitch, she was dating R&B singer EL DEBARGE up until a few weeks ago.
The insider explains,"[Debarge] was strung out on [crack] cocaine too. I don't know how Chilli, or any woman for that matter, could have been with him in that condition."
So we now KNOW what Chilli wants . . . a FAMOUS dude. We figured she was a GROUPIE . . .
