James Spader's 'The Office' Character 'Terrifying' Other Cast Members (VIDEO)
The show's cast has begun work on season eight, and E! Online caught up with some of its stars to see how the James Spader experience has been thus far.
"He scares me," Brian Baumgartner, who plays Kevin, laughed. "It's great. The energy he has is so totally different. The writers have done really a great job. He has these demented arguments that on the surface make no sense, but he's talking, and suddenly and you're like, 'Oh yeah, that's right! That's right!'"
"He has this grounded intensity that we've never seen on our show before that makes these kind of little Scranton peons stand at attention," Kate Flannery, or Meredith, added.
Steve Carell agreed a few months back, telling Access Hollywood, "I think it's an excellent choice. I think it's great and he will infuse all this new energy into the show."

We've spoken with TWO members of the family who tell us that the stroke was SEVERE and they are NOT optimistic about Gil's chances for a recovery - but they are asking for EVERYONE'S PRAYERS.
Gil Noble is 79 years old.

My heart breaks for the family of Celina Cass, the 11-year-old Stewartstown, New Hampshire girl whose body was found in the Connecticut River on Monday. Not only did they lose their daughter suddenly and tragically, they have no idea why or how it happened. Initial autopsy results, it was reported today, were inconclusive, though Assistant Attorney General Jane Young said the death was "suspicious" because of the condition of the body (she wouldn't go into specifics).So far, nothing seems to add up: The last time Celina was seen, around 9 p.m. on July 25, she was in her bedroom on the computer. Then she just ... vanished.
